      1.) A license file or full download (or serial) to turn the trial version into a registered copy.
      2.) Registration includes support by eMail, free minor version updates and special offers on upgrades to future software products.
      3.) It is the policy of Topdownloads Networks  Software to make all versions of its products available for free upgrade within the same major version number. For example, anyone purchasing a license for version 1.30 of BackupDVD is eligible for a free upgrade to version 1.31, 1.32, 1.33 and so on.
      Major updates (from v1.x to v2.x) are also free if you have purchased the product within 60-days of the upgrade release date. If you have not purchased the product within the 60-day free upgrade period, we kindly request that you pay an upgrade fee as indicated on the product's 'Purchase' webpages. This way we can stay in business and continue to bring you updates & upgrades to your beloved software.
      4.) Software Upgrade Offers to new major version releases are available for a limited time only and will expire usually 60 days after the release date of a major version upgrade. This means that an upgrade will be available for 60 days only - after 60 days, upgrade offers do expire and will not be available anylonger.

    • How long does it take for my license file to arrive? [BACK]

      As soon as your order has arrived here we'll review it for security reasons and credit card fraud protection - once your order has been verified, you'll receive a registration eMail with your license file attached and some additional instructions required to unlock your trial version(s).
      This procedure might take up to 24-48 hours, but usually your order will be fulfilled within a couple of hours only. Placing your order online during business hours (9:00AM - 5:00PM CST Monday through Friday) is generally fastest, but since we're located in Australia, the fulfillment of your order might be delayed by the time difference between Australia and your location.

      Yes - we do accept purchase orders from qualified government, corporate, and educational institutions.
      Please contact our sales department (see above for contact details) and make sure that you qualify before faxing us a purchase order. We only accept purchase orders from companies in USA and Canada. Please contact our sales department for details.

      No - we do not offer educational discounts.

    • Do you offer reseller discounts? [BACK]

      No - as we made some bad experiences with resellers in the past, we do not offer reseller discounts anylonger. Our software is available through us and our online shop only.

    • Can I use my 'Single license' on all my machines? [BACK]

      No - one license is for one machine only - if you need more licenses, there a volume licenses and discounts available. Details on the order page.
       
    • Do you offer volume discounts or can we arrange a special price for a multi-license purchase? [BACK]

      Yes, we do offer volume discounts - please check the product's order page. The 'Product quantity' dropdown menu will show you our regular volume discount rates. If you would like to purchase multiple licenses for one of our software products, you may also contact us atTopdownloads Networks and check for a special arrangement for your very special case.
    • I've registered your software, but I've lost my registration details - what now? [BACK]

      It is very important that you save or print your original receipt (at least your Order ID) or registration eMail since we cannot resend registration mails if your receipt or registration information gets lost due to system crash or any other data loss!
